Terms & Conditions

1. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for wanting to cancel an order, or an item as part of an order. We can only offer store credit.

2. Orders placed for pre order items combined with currently in stock ready to ship items - The order will not ship until the last item is ready (since postage is only paid once) - if you wish to receive in stock items sooner, please place them in separate orders.

3. Maximum number of double LP's that can be placed in a single order is 3. Maximum amount of single LP's that can be placed in a single order is 5. If you wish to purchase more than these amounts, please place over multiple orders. This restriction is due to maximum weight of any parcel being 2000g (2kg). Orders placed not taking this into account may result in being cancelled or additional postage will be due before your order is dispatched.

4. Discount codes cannot be used with pre orders.

5. Pre Orders go to press once the required quantity of pre orders is reached. This means it is not possible to give estimate ready / shipping dates of the product until the release goes to press and once test presses are signed off. At this stage, regular updates on the progress of pre orders / production are put out on our socials. Please be aware we do not offer order cancellations or refunds on pre orders. This is because all sales of pre orders go towards paying for the press and we are unable to recuperate those costs. We do however offer store credit for the same value.

SHIPPING T&C'S
1. Please be aware that France is changing it's customs requirements / 2nd of March 2026 - Please see (2.) Customers are liable to pay their customs fees / customs handling fees.

2. Customs & Handling Fees - Unfortunately any import/customs fees a parcel incurs is decided and enforced by your countries government for you importing goods. This is a government decided tax that is imposed on its own people / Houseofwaxx is not responsible or liable for any import fees imposed by your country.

3. All shipping prices are set by Royal Mail. Unfortunately Houseofwaxx has no control over the forever increasing Royal Mail shipping rates.

4. Please note, Orders to UAE will require a PO Box for addresses in large buildings, orders without PO Box will be returned to us.

5. Unfortunately we do not ship to Argentina due to increasing numbers of loss/theft of parcels and customs issues.

6. All orders are shipped using a tracked and insured service. Please ensure shipping address is correct at time of placing order, Houseofwaxx is not liable for incorrect addresses or packages lost in the mailing system due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

7. We aim to generate your tracking within 48 hours of you placing your order, which you will receive via email. Orders will be sent within 3 to 5 days of placing the order.
