Sometimes records shift inside the sleeve during shipping, which can cause the edges of artwork to be damaged. We pack our records very well and whilst this is a rare occurrence, we do advise records to be shipped outside of the sleeve. If this is something you prefer, please add to the notes of your order that you would like the seal popped and the record be shipped outside of the sleeve - obviously this means breaking the seal! We cannot be responsible for blown artwork as we do advise to pop the seal and ship outside of the artwork.

1. Orders placed for pre order items combined with currently in stock ready to ship items - The order will not ship until the last item is ready - if you wish to receive your items sooner, please place them in separate orders.
2. Maximum number of double LP's that can be placed in a single order is 3. Maximum amount of single LP's that can be placed in a single order is 5. If you wish to purchase more than these amounts, please place over multiple orders. This restriction is due to maximum weight of any parcel being 2000g (2kg). Orders placed not taking this into account may result in being cancelled or additional postage will be due before your order is dispatched.
SHIPPING T&C'S
1. Please be aware that France is changing it's customs requirements / 2nd of March 2026 - Please see (2.)
2. Customs & Handling Fees - Unfortunately any fees a parcel incurs is decided and enforced by your countries government for you importing goods. This is a government decided tax that is imposed on its own people / Houseofwaxx is not responsible or liable for any import fees imposed by your country. We take all precautions and mark items of low value and as "gift" to try mitigate these charges to our customers however we bare no responsibility should this happen.
3. All shipping prices are set by Royal Mail. Unfortunately Houseofwaxx has no control over the forever increasing Royal Mail shipping rates.
4. Please note, Orders to UAE will require a PO Box for addresses in large buildings, orders without PO Box will be returned to us.
5. Unfortunately we do not ship to Argentina due to increasing numbers of loss/theft of parcels.
6. All orders are shipped using a tracked and insured service. Please ensure shipping address is correct at time of placing order, Houseofwaxx is not liable for incorrect addresses or packages lost in the mailing system due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
7. We aim to generate your tracking within 24 hours of you placing your order, which you will receive via email. Orders will be sent within 3 to 5 days of placing the order.
