Due to equipment failures, we are no longer selling CD's with content on them. Discs are now sold as blank so customers are able to burn the material onto the discs themselves. CDs do not come factory sealed.

SHIPPING
We aim to generate your tracking within 24 hours of you placing your order, which you will receive via email. Ordinarily orders will be shipped within 3 days of placing the order (this may vary around busier times such as new releases dropping due to larger volume of orders) All shipping prices are set by royal mail. Unfortunately Houseofwaxx has no control over the forever increasing Royal Mail shipping rates. Houseofwaxx is not responsible or liable for any import fees imposed by your country. Please note, Orders to UAE will require a PO Box for addresses in large buildings, orders without PO Box will be returned to us. Unfortunately we do not ship to Argentina due to increasing numbers of loss/theft of parcels.

All orders are shipped using a tracked/signed for and insured service. Please ensure shipping address is correct at time of placing order, Houseofwaxx is not liable for incorrect addresses or packages lost in the mailing system due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. All addresses will need to be written on the orders page in English numerics.
