Sometimes vinyl shifts inside the sleeve during shipping, which can cause the edges of artwork to be damaged. As this is very difficult to mitigate, we advise vinyl to be shipped outside of the sleeve. If this is something you prefer, please add to the notes of your order that you would like the seal popped and the vinyl be shipped outside of the sleeve - obviously this means breaking the seal!

We aim to generate your tracking within 24 hours of you placing your order, which you will receive via email. Orders will be sent within 3 days of placing the order. All shipping prices are set by royal mail. Unfortunately Houseofwaxx has no control over the forever increasing Royal Mail shipping rates. Houseofwaxx is not responsible or liable for any import fees imposed by your country. Please note, Orders to UAE will require a PO Box for addresses in large buildings, orders without PO Box will be returned to us.
